Minister of Culture Mohammad Wissam Mortada, on Wednesday received in his office, Bulgarian Ambassador to Lebanon Boyan Nedyalkov Belev, where discussions touched on the latest developments in Lebanon and the region, and the means to bolster the bilateral cultural relations.
