A funny incident occurred between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte during the NATO summit, where Zelensky offered his cup of coffee to the latter, but Mark Rutte refused and laughed it off saying that Zelensky needed it more since he was fighting in the war.
