توقع الوزير غابي ليون النجاح للخطة الامنية في طرابلس، مشيرا في حديث إذاعي الى ان "المعلومات التي وصلتنا من إجتماع مجلس الأمن الأعلى تفيد بأن الجيش سيتعاطى بحزم شديد مع كل مخلّ بالأمن وسيرد على مصادر النار".
