The former president of the Progressive Socialist Party, Walid Jumblatt, made a call to President of the Republic Joseph Aoun, congratulating him on his election and praising his inaugural speech, highlighting the promises made that strengthen hopes for a new Lebanon.

President Aoun thanked Jumblatt for his national positions and the role he played in achieving the presidential achievement.
