Australian police have launched a search for an arsonist who attempted to set fire to a restaurant but ended up with his pants catching fire, prompting him to quickly remove them and flee.
The attached video shows two individuals wearing jackets and pants standing in front of a restaurant in Melbourne, southeastern Australia, holding a container with "flammable liquid," according to the police.
One of them tried to ignite the liquid on the building’s facade, in an area not captured by the surveillance camera. However, the fire suddenly erupted, causing the person to hastily remove his pants and flee naked. His accomplice does not appear to have been injured.
