أفادت "الوكالة الوطنية للإعلام"، أنّه بعد انتشار الجيش اللبناني في كفرشوبا، تقدّمت قوة من الجيش الإسرائيلي معزّزة بجرافتين ودبابتي ميركافا باتجاه منطقة وادي سابيا في كفرشوبا، حيث عملت على إطلاق النار وتمشيط المنطقة.
