Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri met at the Second Presidency in Ain el-Tineh with Fayez Al Shawabkeh, former Secretary-General of the Arab Parliamentary Union. 

Discussions reportedly focused on parliamentary cooperation and regional developments.  

In a separate meeting, Speaker Berri received Sheikh Ali Fadlallah and Sheikh Baqir Fadlallah. 

Talks mainly centered on the country’s general situation and recent political developments.
