أعلنت وزارة المال في بيان، أنها "حوّلت رواتب ومعاشات القطاع العام من عاملين ومتقاعدين وأسلاك عسكرية كافة إلى مصرف لبنان، وبات بإمكان جميع المعنين قبض رواتبهم من مصارفهم الخاصة اعتباراً من صباح يوم غدٍ الخميس ٢٧ آذار الحالي".
