President of the Republic Joseph Aoun held a series of political and educational meetings at Baabda presidential palace.
President Aoun received MP Alain Aoun, with whom he held a tour d’horizon on the country’s general situation, latest developments and municipal and mayoral elections’ assessment.
President Aoun also received MP Edgar Traboulsi and Elie Moussalli, with whom he broached an array of educational and national matters.
Additionally, President Aoun received General Sir Nick Carter, Strategic Counsellor to the Tony Blair Institute, and Nicolas Dunais, the Institute's Regional Director. The delegation briefed President Aoun on the Institute's work and the studies it offers in various fields, particularly strategies related to providing investment opportunities, governance, and cooperation with countries and governments to organize their work in various aspects.
