Fuel prices in Lebanon recorded a significant increase on Friday, with 95-octane gasoline rising by LBP 37,000 and 98-octane by LBP 36,000. 

Diesel also saw a sharp increase of LBP 39,000, while the price of cooking gas remained unchanged.

The updated prices are as follows:

- LBP 1,545,000 for 95-octane gasoline

- LBP 1,584,000 for 98-octane gasoline

- LBP 1,456,000 for diesel

- LBP 897,000 for a gas canister
