At least 139 Palestinians have been killed and 487 others injured in Israeli attacks across the Gaza Strip in the past 24 hours, according to the enclave’s Health Ministry.
Three bodies were also recovered from the rubble of the buildings targeted in the previous Israeli attacks, the ministry added.
Israel’s war on Gaza has killed 57,012 Palestinians and injured 134,592 others since October 7, 2023, the statement published on Telegram said.
This includes 223 people killed who have been added to the cumulative death toll after the data has been completed and approved by the Judicial Committee following up on the file of reports and missing persons, it added.
“The death toll from aid seekers who arrived at hospitals over the past 24 hours is 39, with more than 210 injuries,” the ministry said, raising the total number of aid seekers killed by Israel to 640.
