Minister of National Defense, Major General Michel Menassa, received at his Yarzeh office, Denmark's Ambassador to Lebanon, Christopher Viveki.

During the meeting, they discussed ways to enhance bilateral cooperation between the two countries, particularly in the defense and humanitarian fields, in addition to the general situation in Lebanon and the region.

Separately, Minister Menassa met with the head of the Prison Committee at the Beirut Bar Association, Lawyer Joseph Eid.

The discussion touched on the situation in Lebanese prisons and ways to improve the conditions of detainees.
