Secretary-General of Tourist Institutions in Lebanon Jean Beiruti announced that travel bookings to Lebanon are still being made for dates beyond August 20 and 25.

In an interview with MTV, he noted that "Lebanon can be a top destination for leisure and vacations from food and nightlife to beach resorts and water sports," revealing that "foreign visitors are also arriving to attend social events."
