The Army Command – Directorate of Orientation issued the following statement:

"A patrol from the Intelligence Directorate in the Lailaki area i Dahiyeh arrested citizen (A.H.) for committing various crimes: forming a theft gang, armed robbery, drug use, assaulting citizens, and firing shots.

Another patrol from the same directorate arrested citizen (M.H.) at the entrance of the Shatila camp for committing various crimes: home burglary, drug use and trafficking, causing disturbances, and firing shots.

Investigations with the detainees have begun under the supervision of the competent judiciary."
