As part of ongoing preparations within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the upcoming overseas voting of Lebanese citizens, the ministry is continuing its logistical arrangements in full, awaiting Parliament’s approval of the necessary legal amendments.

In line with these efforts, Foreign Minister Youssef Rajji has appointed journalist Richard Harfouch as Media Advisor for the expatriate voting file. Harfouch will also serve as a member of the committee tasked with overseeing the voting process for Lebanese citizens abroad.
