President of the Republic, General Joseph Aoun, sent a cable of congratulations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, marking Saudi National Day.
In his cable, President Aoun wished the Saudi Kingdom and the brotherly Saudi people further progress and prosperity.
"I take this opportunity to express my pride in the bonds of brotherhood and cooperation that unite our two countries, and my constant keenness to strengthen our bilateral relations for the good of our two brotherly peoples," the cable read.
President Aoun also sent a similar congratulatory cable to the Saudi Crown Prince, Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman, on the occasion of the Saudi National Day, wishing "the Kingdom and the dear Saudi people continued security and stability and further prosperity and progress."
