The Students’ Department of the Lebanese Forces issued the following statement:

The Lebanese Forces claimed a sweeping victory in the student elections at the Lebanese American University in Jbeil, winning all 15 seats under the “One Man, One Vote” system.

This marks the 30th consecutive win for the Lebanese Forces, leaving the March 8 Alliance, which includes the Free Patriotic Movement, Amal Movement, and Hezbollah, as well as various leftist groups, without any representation.
