Minister of Interior and Municipalities Ahmad Al-Hajjar received in his office at the ministry, the United Nations Special Coordinator for Lebanon Jeanine Hennis-Plasschaert, and UNDP Resident Representative in Lebanon, Blerta Aliko.

The discussion reportedly touched on ways of joint cooperation and the support the program can provide, particularly with regard to preparations for the upcoming parliamentary elections.

Minister Hajjar also met with MP Karim Kabbara, with whom he discussed developmental and services' affairs related to nortehren city of Tripoli.

Hajjar also received MP Amin Sherri, accompanied by a delegation from the Southern Suburb Municipalities Union, where they discussed municipal and services' affairs.
