Maronite Patriarch, Cardinal Bechara Boutros Rahi, welcomed Foreign Minister Youssef Raggi at the Patriarchal See in Bkerke, where they discussed Lebanon’s current situation amid growing fears of possible Israeli escalation.

Talks also focused on the voting rights of Lebanese expatriates, with both sides emphasizing the need to include the urgent draft law submitted by the Foreign Ministry on the Cabinet’s next agenda to allow expatriates to vote for all 128 parliamentary seats according to their home districts.
