Lebanon's Army Commander, General Rodolphe Haykal, received at his Yarzeh office, the Korean Ambassador to Lebanon, Gyusuk Geon, in the presence of the Korean Military Attaché, Lieutenant Colonel Chookbok Lee.

The discussion reportedly focused on the general situation in Lebanon and the broad region.

Maj. Gen. Haykal also received UN Women Representaive in Lebanon, Gielan Elmessiri, where they signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at promoting gender equality within the military establishment.
