Kataeb Party leader MP Samy Gemayel continued his visit to Canada with a stop in Ottawa, where he met with Lebanon’s Ambassador Bachir Tawk at the embassy. He was accompanied by his wife, Karen, and senior party officials.

Discussions centered on the role of the Lebanese diaspora in the upcoming parliamentary elections. Gemayel underscored the importance of overseas voter registration to ensure meaningful participation in shaping Lebanon’s future.

Earlier, Gemayel visited Saint Anthony Monastery in Montreal, expressing gratitude to the monks for their longstanding support to both the Lebanese community and the Kataeb Party.

He also held a meeting with party members in Ottawa to discuss recent developments and reinforce the party’s message abroad.
