President Joseph Aoun is following the building collapse incident in the El-Qobbeh area of Tripoli and has instructed Interior and Municipalities Minister Brigadier General Ahmad al-Hajjar to direct the relevant agencies, particularly Civil Defense, the Red Cross, and Tripoli Municipality, to work on clearing the rubble and rescuing residents from the collapsed building, with the army to assist if necessary.
