أفادت "الوكالة الوطنية للاعلام" بأن فرق الانقاذ التي تواصل العمل على رفع الانقاض في المبنى المنهار في طرابلس، تمكنت من الوصول الى الفتى البالغ ١٤ عاماً، وانه يتم تزويده بالاوكسيجين والاسعافات الأولية في مكان وجوده تحت الانقاض.
