The Public Health Emergency Operations Center of the Ministry of Public Health issued a statement announcing that an Israeli airstrike on the area between the towns of Khirbet Selm and Kfar Dounine in the Bint Jbeil district has, according to preliminary reports, killed one civilian and injured another.
