Iran will respond immediately and ⁠decisively to any ​aggression, Iranian ‍President Masoud Pezeshkian has said during a phone call with the ‍UAE’s president, Iranian state media is reporting.

During the call with Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Pezeshkian said that Iran sought dialogue, ‌not ⁠war.

Pezeshkian raised “hostile actions” by the US and Israel against Iran, including pressure, sanctions and last year’s war in June, Iranian media reported.
