Iran Signals Full Readiness in Message to Hezbollah
Iran has reiterated its preparedness to confront the United States and Israel, according to a message delivered by Ali Akbar Velayati, adviser to Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, to Hezbollah, and statements from the Iranian army, as reported by Russia Today.

Iranian Army spokesperson Mohammad Akraminia said that all defensive systems have been upgraded, highlighting the addition of 1,000 strategic drones to the military’s four-branch combat structure as a demonstration of full readiness to defend the country.

“We have always affirmed that we are ready for any scenario the enemy may consider,” Akraminia said. “If the enemy chooses war, we are prepared for all possible outcomes. Beyond drones, all other defensive systems have been enhanced and made ready.” He added that President Donald Trump must choose between reconciliation or war, emphasizing that Iranian forces are prepared for either.

Akraminia warned that, if war were to break out, it could extend across the region, including all U.S. bases from occupied territories to the Persian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman.

Meanwhile, Velayati sent a message of condolence to Hezbollah Deputy Secretary-General Sheikh Naim Qassem on the death of Abdelkarim Nasrallah, father of former Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah. In the message, he affirmed that “the Islamic Republic of Iran, as the backbone of the resistance, is fully prepared to confront any external threat, especially from the U.S. and Israel, without any intention to aggress others,” and expressed confidence that “victory will be on the side of the resistance front, God willing.”
