Air France faces criticism over cancellations, delays, and mishandling of passengers
This is not the first time we have spoken about Air France, and it may not be the last. This historic airline has become one of the worst, particularly because of its ongoing cancellations and delays, often blamed on technical issues. There is also poor treatment of customers, a failure to apologize, and passengers are not informed in advance about canceled flights.

One of the latest incidents occurred this morning with the delay of the flight from Paris to Beirut, again citing a technical problem, which raises questions about the airline’s maintenance practices.

Is it acceptable to treat the airline’s customers, especially Lebanese passengers, in this way? Should the company not give greater attention to passenger safety and comfort?
