Information Minister Paul Morcos left Beirut for Kuwait to participate in the 104th Ordinary Session of the Permanent Committee for Arab Media and the 22nd Ordinary Session of the Executive Office of the Council of Arab Information Ministers, held on February 10–11 at the invitation of the Kuwaiti authorities.
Minister Morcos will also attend the closing ceremony of "Kuwait City – Arab Media Capital 2025," following an official invitation from his Kuwaiti counterpart.
The ceremony will take place this evening under the patronage of His Highness the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, at the Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Cultural Centre.
The event will bring together a number of Arab information ministers, along with prominent Arab media and cultural figures. During his visit, Minister Morcos is expected to meet several Kuwaiti and Arab officials, and to listen to the needs and concerns of members of the Lebanese community in Kuwait, while briefing them on ongoing governmental efforts.
