As part of the ongoing efforts by the Chtoura Customs Unit to protect food safety and combat smuggling, the following results were achieved:

Baalbek Detachment: Seizure of 640 kg of smuggled cheese that did not meet required standards, in addition to a quantity of prohibited fireworks.

Baidar el Aadass unit: Seizure of 1,200 kg of spoiled labneh, along with a quantity of counterfeit shoes.

Riyaq unit: Arrest of 32 Syrian nationals who had entered Lebanese territory illegally.

Chtoura unit: Seizure of a quantity of counterfeit clothing.
