Minister of Labor Mohammed Haidar received in his office at the ministry, Dr. Majed Mneinmeh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Investment Development Authority of Lebanon (IDAL).

The pair reportedly discussed ways to strengthen cooperation between the ministry and IDAL.

After the meeting, Mneimneh said that he briefed Minister Haidar on the activities of IDAL and the potential collaboration with the Ministry of Labor in the field of connecting ministries through the 'one-stop-shop,' which would simplify the process for investors by streamlining permit approvals and ensuring transparency and efficiency.

Mneimneh added, "I also informed His Excellency the Minister that IDAL plays a role in promoting all projects submitted by the ministries, both domestically and internationally."

Minister Haidar praised IDAL's role as a driving force for the national economy and its contribution to boosting the state treasury's revenues.
