The media office of the Lebanese Ministry of Energy issued a statement reassuring citizens that there is no fuel crisis and no need to rush to petrol stations.
Based on the movement of supplies and storage levels, the quantities of gasoline and diesel currently available are sufficient for at least 15 days. This is in addition to fuel tankers heading to Lebanon, which are expected to arrive in the coming days, as well as the reserves held at petrol stations.
The ministry added that it will keep the public informed of any new developments as soon as they are received.
