In this context, the Ministry issues an appeal to all Lebanese residing or present in the affected areas, urging them to:

First: Exercise the utmost caution and vigilance, fully adhere to the guidance and instructions issued by the official authorities in the host countries, and respect the decisions and measures taken by their governments, in order to ensure public safety and security.

Second: Immediately contact the accredited Lebanese diplomatic missions in their countries of residence in case of any emergency. These missions operate under the direct guidance of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants, Youssef Raggi, around the clock and are fully prepared to receive their calls. An emergency cell has been established between the Ministry in Beirut and the missions abroad to monitor developments and citizens’ needs 24/7.

Third: The Ministry affirms that the safety and dignity of Lebanese citizens anywhere remain at the core of its responsibilities and priorities. It continuously monitors the situation closely and will not hesitate to provide any possible support or assistance.
