President of the Republic, General Joseph Aoun, continued his contacts with several leaders of brotherly and friendly countries.

In this framework, President Aoun made a phone call to Sultan of Oman Haitham bin Tariq, expressing Lebanon's solidarity, both from the president and the people, with Oman and its people during the delicate circumstances the region is going through.

President Aoun also called President of Cyprus, Nikos Christodoulides, condemning the targeting of Cypriot territory with an attack, and affirming Lebanon's solidarity with the friendly Cypriot people.
