After the Israeli threat to the border town of Alma al-Shaab, the town’s residents refused to evacuate their homes. They gathered in the square of Our Lady Church in the center of the town and rang the church bells to express their determination to stay on their land and not flee. They also called on the Lebanese army to support them, according to the National News Agency.
