Israeli army spokesperson Avichay Adraee issued the following statement on X:
“The 36th Division continues its focused ground operations to destroy Hezbollah’s infrastructure in southern Lebanon.
The 36th Division is conducting concentrated ground activity in southern Lebanon, having raided several Hezbollah military buildings and discovered numerous combat resources.
In addition, the 7th Brigade eliminated more than 10 Hezbollah members who posed an immediate threat to our forces.
Meanwhile, Golani forces found a building used as a gathering point for Hezbollah operatives and uncovered numerous combat materials in the area, including rocket shells, rifles, and ammunition magazines, which the operatives had used to plan and carry out attacks against IDF forces and the State of Israel.”
