President of the Republic Joseph Aoun was briefed by Industry Minister Joe Issa El Khoury on the state of the industrial sector amid current security and economic conditions, including risks of factory closures due to export disruptions.

Aoun also discussed with Public Works and Transport Minister Fayez Rasamny the situation at key public facilities, notably Beirut airport and the ports of Beirut and Tripoli, as well as progress on reopening Rene Mouawad Airport in Qlayaat and the challenges facing operations under current conditions.
