President Aoun: Lebanon Committed to Its Right to Protect Its Land After Death of 12 State Security Personnel
Lebanese President General Joseph Aoun held a phone call with the Director General of State Security, Major General Edgar Lawandos, offering his condolences for the martyrdom of 12 State Security personnel who were killed in an Israeli strike on the Nabatieh Serail.

President Aoun said these martyrs have joined their comrades in the army and other security institutions who preceded them in martyrdom, alongside hundreds of Lebanese who have shed their pure blood for the homeland.

Condemning the continued attacks, he stated that targeting state institutions and security agencies will not deter Lebanon from holding on to its right to protect its land and safeguard its sovereignty, calling once again on the international community to assume its responsibilities to stop repeated Israeli attacks.

He extended his condolences to the families of the 12 martyrs, praising their sacrifices in defending the nation and ensuring its security and stability, and affirming that their blood will not be in vain.
