Economy Minister Reassures via MTV: No Shortage in Supplies
Minister of Economy Amer Bisat reassured citizens about food security in Lebanon, saying: “The food security report referred to border areas where there is a crisis, but in other regions, stocks are sufficient for months and supplies are continuing.”

He added, in remarks with MTV: “Wheat and flour stocks are sufficient for about four months, and ships are still arriving in Lebanon. We are reassured regarding food, as overall supplies are enough for about three months, and medicine stocks range between three to six months.”

As for fuel reserves, he said they are sufficient for three weeks.
