Prime Minister Nawaf Salam received a delegation from the Democratic Gathering" bloc, headed by MP Taymour Jumblatt, at the Grand Serail.

The delegation included MPs Marwan Hamadeh, Akram Chehayeb, Wael Abou Faour, Hadi Abou Hessen, Bilal Abdallah, Faisal El Sayegh, Ragy El Saad, and the Secretary General of the Progressive Socialist Party Zafer Nasser, and MP Jumblatt’s advisor, lawyer Hossam Harb.

The discussion reportedly touched on the latest developments in Lebanon, the necessity of avoiding incitement and hate rhetoric, as well as the ongoing international efforts to stop the war, including the Washington meeting.
