Al-Hajjar called Magro to offer condolences, saying Lebanon stands in solidarity with France in this painful loss
Interior Minister Ahmad Al-Hajjar strongly condemned the attack on a patrol belonging to the French unit operating within the International Emergency Forces in the town of Ghandourieh, affirming Lebanon’s full solidarity with France in this painful incident.

In a phone call with French Ambassador Hervé Magro, Minister Al-Hajjar offered condolences over the death of a soldier, wishing a speedy recovery for the injured, and praising the sacrifices of UNIFIL forces and their role in consolidating security and stability in southern Lebanon.
