Watch: Israel Claims Strike on Two Hezbollah Operatives
The Israeli army announced that “Givati Brigade forces, operating under the command of the 91st Division, continue their efforts to remove threats against Israel.”

Military spokesperson Ela Waweiya said: “Yesterday, brigade fighters identified two Hezbollah operatives who were operating near their forces. Following the identification, the troops struck and eliminated them in order to remove the threat.”

She added that “over the past 24 hours, the forces also located dozens of Hezbollah weapons, including Kalashnikov rifles, machine guns, anti-tank missiles, ammunition caches, and combat equipment. The weapons found were intended for use by Hezbollah to advance and carry out plans against the Israeli army and Israeli civilians.”

She concluded: “In addition, Hezbollah fired several rockets toward Israeli forces during the night (Sunday), and several suspicious aerial targets were detected in the area. There were no casualties among our forces.”
