1,600 Ships Stranded in the Strait of Hormuz
CNN, citing the International Maritime Organization, reported that “32 ships have been subjected to missile attacks since the start of the war, resulting in 10 deaths and 12 injuries.”

The network added that around 1,600 vessels are still stranded near the Strait of Hormuz, stressing that escorting ships through the strait is not a sustainable long-term solution.
