علم موقع MTV أنّ السلطات اللبنانية لم تحسم قرار تسليم اللواء السوري عادل عيسى لبلاده نظراً لبعض العقبات القانونية والاجرائية أوّلها قانون إلغاء الاعدام الذي يحظر تسليم المطلوبين الى بلاد تحكم بالاعدام.
