Turkish official sources told Asharq Al Awsat daily that the nine suspects, who were arrested over Reyhanli bombings, are believed to belong to "The Popular Front for the Liberation of Iskenderun", a Syrian pro-regime group whose Alawite members hail from Hatay province, southern Turkey.
