Former Prime Minister Saad Hariri sent today a cable to the new Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, congratulating him for assuming power, and asking God Almighty to help him in leading Qatar towards further modernization, progress, prosperity and interaction with the neighboring Arab countries.
