A group of unidentified men killed 16 people and wounded around 200 others in an attack on a rally in Cairo supporting Egypt President Mohamed Morsi early Wednesday, health ministry officials said.
The attack came as the embattled Islamist leader vowed he would not bow to mass protests calling on him to step down.
