Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei voiced hope that 'new US attitude toward Syria in terms of awaiting the outcome of the Russian proposal to hand over Syrian chemical weapons arsenal.
Khamenei also hoped the U.S. decision would not turn out to be a political maneuver.
