Caretaker Culture Minister, Gaby Layoun, met earlier on Tuesday with the U.S. Ambassador to Lebanon, David Hale, with whom he discussed latest local and regional developments.

Talks also touched on means to boost cooperation at the cultural level between both countries, especially regarding the possibility of soliciting U.S. support in maintaining Lebanese historical sites.
