Sources revealed to al-Joumhouria daily that Lebanon did not ready well before the meeting of the World Bank and the economists officials which was scheduled to take place in Washington.

The meeting was set only one week before and some concerned companies were not invited.

 Even the Lebanese delegation was not homogenous and relevant because an official was invited to the World's Bank meeting at the last minute.
