Prime Minister-Designate Tammam Salam said the fiery speeches delivered recently by Hezbollah's Chief Hassan Nasrallah and MP Mohammad Raad have torpedoed the March 14 alliance's approval on an all-inclusive cabinet.
In remarks published in Assafir, Salam said the March 14 coalition have now redemanded Hezbollah's withdrawal from Syria and a genuine commitment to the Baabda Declaration as two essential conditions to be met before any Cabinet can be formed.
Salam hoped that President Sleiman's visit to Saudi Arabia would reap benefits, denying that former PM Saad Hariri had asked him to form a de facto government.
